Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst die Instandsetzung im Zeitraum vom 01.03.2026 bis 31.12.2030 des Systems EAGLE in der Instandhaltungsstufe 4 mit folgenden NSN-Nummern: 123766524 123874329 123856684 123804978 123868292 123766506 123868248 123868287 123868290 123872227 123900492 123908209 123908214 123914531 123908211 123936462 Das prognostizierte Volumen beträgt 604 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82 für den Zeitraum vom 01.03.2026 bis 31.12.2030. Optional können zusätzlich maximal bis zu 20 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82 beauftragt werden. Die Obergrenze für diesen Zeitraum beträgt 624 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82. Optional kann die Rahmenvereinbarung bis zum 31.12.2031 verlängert werden (Verlängerungsoption). Sobald die Obergrenze erreicht ist verliert die Rahmenvereinbarung ihre Wirksamkeit. Der Auftraggeber hat keine Verpflichtung zur Beauftragung der optionalen Systeme.
