Unterhaltsreinigung: Ziel der Unterhaltsreinigung ist es, dass mit der Erbringung der Leistungen die Erhaltung der Sauberkeit, der Gebrauchseigenschaften, Optik und Hygiene sichergestellt werden. Neben der Zufriedenheit der Nutzer bezüglich der Reinigungsqualität steht die Werterhaltung der gereinigten Flächen an oberster Stelle. Mit den ausgeschriebenen Leistungen müssen alle Leistungen erbracht werden, die diese Werterhaltung bestmöglich unterstützen. Der Auftragnehmer hat die Reinigungssysteme für die unterschiedlichen Leistungen entsprechend auszuwählen. Beschaffung von Verbrauchsmaterial: Dem Auftragnehmer obliegt die Beschaffung und Lagerung des Verbrauchsmaterial für die Verwaltungsliegenschaft. Anlagen: Anlage 1: Raumbuch, dass Raumbuch (Preisblatt) sind in den Spalten "K" Stundenverrechnungssatz, "L" Leistungszahl, "M" Preis/Tag, "N" Preis/Monat und "O" Preis/Jahr vollständig zu ergänzen. Anlage 2: Raumgruppen- u. Leistungsverzeichnis Verwaltungen Anlage 3: Leistungsbeschreibung Begriffsdefinitionen Anlage 4: Berechnung der Jahresfaktoren Anlage 5: Auskömmlichkeitserklärung
