Description

Der Landkreis Ludwigsburg ist nach dem Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz zuständig für die Erfas-sung, Sammlung und Entsorgung der Abfälle der rund 545.000 Einwohner in seinen Verwal-tungsgrenzen. Die Erbringung abfallwirtschaftlicher Leistungen ist der Abfallverwertungsgesell-schaft des Landkreises Ludwigsburg mbH (kurz: AVL) übertragen. Die Verträge der AVL mit Dritten über Übernahme, Transport und Verwertung von Elektro- und Elektronikaltgeräten laufen zum 31. Dezember 2026 aus. Eine Neuvergabe soll im Rahmen eines europaweiten Vergabeverfahrens zum 1. Januar 2027 erfolgen. Gesamtmenge bzw. Umfang des Auftrags Es gelten folgende Gruppenbezeichnungen gemäß ElektroG. - Los 1: ca. 1.100 Mg Elektroaltgeräte der Gruppe 4 - Los 2: ca. 1.300 Mg Elektroaltgeräte der Gruppe 5 - Los 3: ca. 400 Mg Elektroaltgeräte der Gruppe 1,2 und 4 - Los 1: ca. 1.100 Mg Elektroaltgeräte der Gruppe 4; - Los 2: ca. 1.300 Mg Elektroaltgeräte der Gruppe 5; - Los 3: ca. 400 Mg Elektroaltgeräte der Gruppe 1,2 und 4
