Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Installation (Inbetriebnahme) und Training FIB-SEM Crossbeam 750 inkl. 2 Jahre Gewährleistung in unserem Reinraum unter Reinraumbedingungen. Die Zeiss Crossbeam ist Teil eines Verbundes von Geräten, die über einen Vakuumkoffer den Transfer der Proben auf ihren Probenhaltern ohne Bruch des Vakuums zwischen den Geräten erlaubt. Das bestehende Zeiss Crossbeam 1540 ist Teil einer komplexen Infrastruktur und ist irreparabel kaputt. Es soll durch das Zeiss Crossbeam 750 samt Zubehör ersetzt werden. Vor-handene Zusatzmodule müssen in das Ersatzgerät passen, dies ist bei anderen Herstellern nicht gegeben und zu gewährleisten, daher kommt nur die Zeiss Crossbeam 750 der Fa. Carl Zeiss Microscopy Deutschland GmbH in Frage. Für das Patent EP 1710828B1 gibt es keine weiteren Lizenznehmer, und Zeiss ist der einzige Hersteller, der dieses Patent nutzen darf.
