Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Beschaffungsmaßnahme ist an der Universität Rostock am Lehrstuhl für Werkstofftechnik ein Dual-Beam Feldemissions-Rasterelektronenmikroskop mit fokussiertem Gallium-Ionenstrahl (Dual-Beam FE-REM/Ga-FIB) zu beschaffen. Das Dual-Beam FE-REM/Ga-FIB soll für die Untersuchung von Werkstoffen und Materialien unterschiedlichster Herkunft und Zusammensetzung eingesetzt werden. siehe Leistungsbeschreibung
