Description

Bei der geforderten Tätigkeit sollen Anbauteile von Raketenspitzen in unterschiedlicher Ausfertigung gefertigt und fachgerecht montiert werden. Beigestellt werden dabei die gedrückten Halbezeuge für die Außenstruktur der Raketenspitzen. Unterschiedliche Ausfertigung bedeutet, dass sowohl die Abmaße und das Material der Außenkontur variieren, sowie die Funktion der Raketenspitze selber. Hierbei gibt es eine fest montierbare Ausführung und eine trennbare Ausführung mit integriertem Trennsystem. Das pneumatische Trennsystem der 14 Zoll Raketenspitzen basiert auf Swagelok Rohrleitungen und eigens entwickelten Aktivierungsbaugruppen. Die trennbare 17 Zoll Spitze verwendet ähnliche Baugruppen, allerdings benötigt diese Raketenspitze keine zusätzlichen Rohleitungen. 12x Spitze 14 Zoll Aluminium (mit pneumatischem Trennsystem und Klemmband Interface) und 3x Spitze 14 Zoll Aluminium (mit RADAX Flansch); 8x Spitze 17 Zoll Aluminium (mit Trennsystem und Klemmband Interface) 2x Spitze 17 Zoll Stahl (mit Trennsystem und Klemmband Interface)
