LOS 24 Stuckarbeiten Herstellung und teilweise Restaurierung von abgehängten Decken aus Gipsdeckenplatten / Fertigteilen, Typ MOKI, nach historischem Vorbild inkl. notwendiger Unterkonstruktionen nach eigenen statischen Berechnungen, Restaurierung bzw. Überarbeitung Decke aus Drahtputz / Rabitzdecke nach historischem Vorbild im Rahmen der Sanierung der Mensa Bergstraße in Dresden, Bergstraße 51, mit folgenden Teilleistungen: - ca. 585 m Fertigteil-Gipsplattendecke, NEU, mit quadratischen Öffnungen, Typ MOKI nach historischem Vorbild, inkl. Unterkonstruktion, Rieselschutz und Schallschutzauflage, inkl. Zuschnitt bzw. Anarbeiten an angrenzende Bauteile, inkl. Endbeschichtung - ca. 37 m Fertigteil-Gipsplattendecke, Bestand, mit quadratischen Öffnungen, Typ MOKI, restaurieren und inkl. neuer Unterkonstruktion, Rieselschutz und Schallschutzauflage wieder einbauen, inkl. Endbeschichtung; - ca. 270 m Randfries, GK-glatt in unterschiedlichen Breiten als Abschluss bzw. Anschluss an Wände, Decken und Stützen; - ca. 335 Stück Aussparungen in Gipsplattendecke, Typ Moki, für Leuchten, Sprinkler etc. herstellen; - ca.91 m Unterdecke aus Drahtputz / Rabitzdecke mit dreidimensionaler Profilierung / Deckensegeln restaurieren, inkl. neuer Endbeschichtung; - ca. 58 m Rabitz-Unterdecke kürzen; - ca. 35 m Rabitz-Unterdecke abbrechen; - ca. 58 m Vertikalschott, H = ca. 475 mm, Blech gekantet, pulverbeschichtet.
