Description

Die Stadt Löhne beabsichtigt den Umbau des Empfangsgebäudes des Bahnhofs Löhne zu einem "Dritten Ort". Das in Teilen Denkmal geschützte Empfangsgebäude des Bahnhofs Löhne wurde in den Jahren 1913 ff. errichtet. Es handelt sich um einen großen, aus mehreren Bauteilen zusammengesetzten Baukörper mit zentraler Empfangshalle, an die ein zweigeschossiger Ostflügel und ein ebenfalls zweigeschossiger Westflügel angrenzen, in denen ehemalige Diensträume, Wartesäle verschiedener Klassen, Räume für Post, Zoll und Polizei sowie Wohnräume des Vorstehers untergebracht waren. Die Bereiche der ehemaligen Wartesäle und des Westflügels sind unterkellert. Das Gebäude wurde in dunkelrotem Backstein errichtet, die einzelnen Bauteile sind mit Walm- und Satteldächern versehen. Die Fassaden sind durch Lisenen und Gesimse zurückhaltend gegliedert. Besonders hervorgehoben ist die Giebelseite mit dem Haupteingang durch Verwendung dekorativer Bachsteinverbände sowie ein lebhaft gestaltetes Giebelgesims. Im Zuge dieses Bauvorhabens wird das Bahnhofsgebäude grundlegend saniert, umgebaut und erweitert. Wärmedämmverbundsystem (Gesamtfläche: ca. 50 m2) - Außenwände vom neuen Treppenhaus in Mineralwolle und Sockel in XPS - Armierung, Gewebe und Oberputz - Abdichtung - Anschluss an angrenzende Bauteile - Profile und Anschlüsse - Anstrich
