Description
Die Sanierungsmaßnahme dieser Ausschreibung umfasst die Abbrucharbeiten des gesamten vorhandenen Außenputzes im Bestand, sowie die Neuherstellung von Ausgleichsputz und WDV-System auf sämtlichen Fassadenseiten. Die Untergründe zur Herstellung des WDV-Systems sind unterschiedlich - im Staffelgeschoss (DG) sind als Klebeuntergrund Wände in Holztafelbauweise vorhanden, in den NormalgeschossenEG bis 2.OG ein neuer Ausgleichsputz, und im 3.Obergeschoss eine neu gemauerte Ziegelwand.
