Description

Putz WDVS Innenputz Bei diesem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um die Sanierung und Erweiterung der Grundschule in 79246 Buggingen. Auf einem zum Teil aufgefüllten Hang-Grundstück neben der bestehenden Schule soll der nicht unterkellerte 2-geschossige Schulanbau mit den dazugehörenden Freiflächen und einem neuen Innenhof entstehen. Die Schule erhält in dem L-förmigen Erweiterungsbau im EG mehrere neue Betreuungsräume, eine Mensa mit Küche und Lager und zusätzliche Sanitärräume. Im OG sind vier neue Klassenräume sowie eine Technik- und Lüftungszentrale vorgesehen. Der Erweiterungsbau ist als Massivbau (Ortbetonwände 20 cm) mit Wärmedämm-Verbundsystem (MW 16 cm) geplant. Das Gebäude wird mit einem Flachdach 0° (Stahlbeton 22cm) und PS-Dachdämmung (i.M. 20 cm) versehen. Die Blechnerarbeiten sollen in Titanzink ausgeführt werden. Das Haus erhält eine Photovoltaikanlage und eine Lüftungsanlage mit Wärmerückgewinnung. Die Innen- und Außenwände werden zum großen Teil verputzt und mit Farbe beschichtet. Die Fenster und Jalousien sind in Aluminium vorgesehen. Im gesamten Gebäude werden, außer im Technikbereich, abgehängte Akustikdecken eingeplant.
