Description

Putzarbeiten Fassade Die Ausschreibung umfasst folgende Leistungen: Die Putzarbeiten einschließlich Malerarbeiten erfolgen unter Beachtung denkmalpflegerischer Vorgaben und in Abstimmung mit dem historischen Bestand aus der Renaissance- und Barockzeit. Das Gebäude bleibt in seiner Bausubstanz weitgehend erhalten. Der Abbruch bestehender Putze erfolgt auf ca. 815m² unter Reinigung der Flächen, Markierung von Riss- und Schadstellen sowie Auskratzen der Fugen auf insgesamt ca. 1.350m². Eingebaut wird Putzbewehrung, der Neuauftrag erfolgt als mauerwerksfolgender Kellenwurfputz aus Trasskalk. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit gilt den Anschlüssen an Sandsteingewände, Fenster- und Türelemente, Dachrinnenhalter sowie den Faschen um die Fenster mit 10cm abgesetztem Putzstreifen. Arbeiten finden teilweise in Höhen über 3,50m statt. Abbruch, Entsorgung und Nachweisführung erfolgen gemäß abfallrechtlichen Vorgaben.
