Description

Mit diesem Vergabeverfahren werden Projektsteuerungsleitungen für den Neubau der Hauptfeuerwache Bottrop vergeben. Die Stadt Bottrop beabsichtigt den Neubau der Hauptfeuerwache Bottrop mit Außenanlagen und einer Anbindung an die verkehrliche und technische Infrastruktur. Die Planung und der Bau sollen durch private Partner im Auftrag der Stadt Bottrop übernommen werden. Die Hauptfeuerwache wird nach Fertigstellung durch die Stadt Bottrop betrieben. Eine erste Plausibilisierung der gemeldeten Bedarfe bestätigt einen Nutzungsflächenbedarf in Höhe von ca. 12.000 m² NUF. Der Neubau der Hauptfeuerwache ist erforderlich, da der aktuell als Hauptfeuerwache dienende Gebäudekomplex aus den 1970er Jahren den aktuellen, und mehrfach gestiegenen Anforderungen, insbesondere aus dem Kontext Arbeitsschutz- und Arbeitshygiene, nicht mehr gerecht wird. Die für die Planung des Neubaus der Hauptfeuerwache benötigten Planungsleistungen wurden sowohl im Hinblick auf den Baukörper (Gebäude) als auch im Hinblick auf die Außenanlagen in einem europaweiten Vergabeverfahren vergeben.
