Gegenstand dieses Auftrages sind Leistungen aus den folgenden Leistungsbildern / Aufgabenbereichen: • Projektsteuerung • Projektleitung für die genannte Planungsmaßnahme. Die Bundesrepublik Deutschland, vertreten durch das Land Hessen, endvertretend durch Hessen Mobil Straßen- und Verkehrsmanagement Kassel (Straßenbauverwaltung) sowie die Städte Karben und Bad Vilbel haben zur Planung des vierstreifigen Ausbaus der B 3 zwischen Karben / Kloppenheim und Bad Vilbel / Massenheim eine Planungsvereinbarung unterzeichnet, in der geregelt ist, dass die Kommunen das Vorhaben in enger Abstimmung mit der Straßenbauverwaltung planen und das Land Hessen alle hierfür anfallenden Kosten trägt. Ansprechpartner ist die Stadt Karben, Fachbereich Stadtplanung, Bauen, Verkehr und Umwelt. Für das Planungsprojekt sind durch den Auftragnehmer (AN) die Projektmanagementleistungen, hierzu gehören die Projektsteuerung und die Projektleitung, zu erbringen. Das Planungsprojekt ist vom AN bis Ende Leistungsphase 2 des Leistungsbilds Verkehrsanlagen nach der HOAI zu steuern und anschließend wieder an den AG zu übergeben; erst mit Erreichen dieses Zieles (Linienbestätigung durch das BMV für das Planungsprojekt) ist das Vertragssoll durch den AN erbracht. Der AN hat zur Erlangung dieses Zieles die Planungsprojekte umfänglich zu steuern und zu leiten und mit allen am Planungsprojekt Beteiligten sowie Involvierten abzustimmen.
