Description

Projektsteuerung Salamander-Quartier Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind Projektsteuerungsleistungen für das Bauprojekt "Salamander-Quartier" in Worms. Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt auf dem "Salamandergelände" in Worms ein Dienstleistungszentrum mit neu zu errichtenden Gebäudekomplexen für verschiedene Nutzungen zu schaffen. Unter anderem sollen zentrale Standorte für die Berufsfeuerwehr Worms und für den Entsorgungs- und Baubetrieb des Auftraggebers geschaffen werden. Das Vorhaben ist als Multiprojekt mit insgesamt sechs funktional und baulich differenzierten, aber eng miteinander verzahnten Teilprojekten konzipiert: 1. Erschließung des Gesamtgrundstücks 2. Parkierungsanlage 3. Hauptverwaltung ebwo AöR 4. Entsorgungsbetrieb 5. Baubetrieb mit Werkstätten 6. Hauptfeuerwache mit Leitstelle und Katastrophenschutz Die Realisierung soll in mehreren Bauabschnitten bis Ende 2031 erfolgen. Es werden Grundleistungen der Projektsteuerungsleistungen gemäß AHO, Heft 9, Projektstufen 1 bis 4, in sämtlichen Handlungsbereichen (A Organisation, Information, Koordination und Dokumentation; B Qualitäten und Quantitäten; C Kosten und Finanzierung; D Termine, Kapazitäten und Logistik; E Verträge und Versicherungen) beauftragt. Außerdem soll der Auftrag besondere Leistungen unter anderem in den Bereichen Value-Engineering, Planprüfung, BIM-Management/BIM-Beratung, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Technisches Inbetriebnahmemanagement, Fördermittelscreening, Stakeholdermanagement und Risikomanagement umfassen. Es ist eine stufenweise Beauftragung der Leistungen vorgesehen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungen besteht nicht.
