Description

Die Stadt Rüdesheim am Rhein plant einen Neubau für das Feuerwehrhaus Kernstadt. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind Leistungen der Projektsteuerung nach AHO Nr. 9 mit den Projektstufen 1-5 und den (tw. anteiligen) Handlungsbereichen A-D mit Einstufung in Honorarzone III sowie besondere Leistungen. Grundlage der zu beauftragenden Leistungen ist eine hochbauliche Planung, die sich in einem kürzlich abgeschlossenen VgV-Verfahren mit Mehrfachbeauftragung durchsetzen konnte. Das zur Verfügung stehende Grundstück liegt in exponierter Lage unmittelbar am Ortseingang der Stadt Rüdesheim am Rhein. Hierdurch eröffnet sich ein Handlungsspielraum für eine anspruchsvolle architektonische und stadträumliche Gestaltung, der auch in Hinblick auf das städtebauliche Entwicklungspotential des neuen Standorts besondere Bedeutung zukommt. Das Raumprogramm umfasst eine Nutzfläche von rd. 3.000 m2, die Grundstücksgröße beträgt 7.570 m2. Es besteht ein hoher Anspruch an Flächen- und Energieeffizienz sowie Ressourcenschonung. Angesprochen sind insbesondere Projektsteuerer mit nutzungsspezifischer Expertise und Referenzen in den Bereichen Nachhaltigkeit und Kostenplanung/ -kontrolle. Das Projekt wird vom Land Hessen gefördert und umfasst ein Budget in Höhe von rd. 10,27 Mio. Euro für die KG 300-500 (netto). Die Beauftragung erfolgt unter Abruf sinnvoller Leistungsstufen. Vom erfolgreichen Bieter wird eine konzeptionell kompetente Beratung, proaktives Handeln sowie in allen Leistungsphasen ein besonderes fachliches Engagement erwartet. Mit den Leistungen der Projektsteuerung ist unmittelbar nach Beauftragung zu beginnen.
