Description

Projektsteuerung LOOP - Seewassertrasse Cottbuser Ostsee Die Stadtwerke Cottbus errichten eine Infrastruktur zur Seewasserentnahme und -rückführung mit Zu- und Rücklaufleitungen zwischen dem Zentrum der Stadt Cottbus und dem rund 3 km entfernten Ostsee ("Seewassertrasse LOOP" oder nur "LOOP"). Die Seewassertrasse LOOP dient hierbei zur Versorgung der Stadt Cottbus mit regenerativer Energie. Der LOOP ist als Ringleitung für die Energiebereitstellung sowohl für Kühl- als auch für Heizzwecke ausgelegt. Mit der Seewassertrasse LOOP wird die Stadt Cottbus über eine Grundlage für nachhaltige Energiesysteme verfügen, die es ihr ermöglicht, die Klimaziele zu erreichen. Die Kosten der baulichen Errichtung belaufen sich nach derzeitigem Kenntnisstand schätzungsweise auf folgende Beträge: - Seewasserfassung (umfasst Bauwerk und Technik) = 18,7 Mio. EUR - Seewassertransport (Rohrleitung nebst Leitungseinbauten) = 27,8 Mio. EUR - Seewasserrückgabe = 2,8 Mio. EUR. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die ganzheitliche Projektsteuerung der für den Wassertransport notwendigen Seewassertrasse LOOP durch einen Projektsteuerer. Die SWC beabsichtigt, Projektsteuererleistungen, orientiert am Leistungsbild "Projektmanagementleistungen in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft" gemäß Heft 9 der AHO-Fachkommission, Projektstufen 2 (Planung), 3 (Ausführungsvorbereitung), 4 (Ausführung) und 5 (Projektabschluss), zu vergeben.
