Migration von HCM (OM) & SAP Partner Packaged Solution - SF ECPay inkl. Migration von HCM (PY) & SAP Partner Packaged Solution - SF Time inkl. Migration von HCM (PT) & SAP Partner Packaged Solution - SF Recruiting & SAP Partner Packaged Solution - SF Onboarding & SAP Partner Packaged Solution - SF Learning inkl. Migration (z.B. CSV-Files) & SAP Partner Packaged Solution Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die vollständige, abnahmefähige Einführung und Migration der HR-Kernprozesse einschließlich: - Einführung, Systemausprägung und Konfiguration der SAP Integration Suite Starter Edition und SAP SuccessFactors-Module (SF-Module) - Implementierung integrierter End-to-End-Prozesse - Umsetzung auf Basis von SAP-Standardfunktionalitäten und vorkonfigurierter SAP Partner Packaged Solutions (PPS) - Erhalt aller bisherigen Funktionalitäten und Schnittstellen oder Realisierung durch adäquate passende Standard-Lösungen unter SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) oder den SAP Partner Packaged Solutions - Projektmanagement, Risiko-, Termin- und Qualitätssteuerung - Planung und Durchführung von Test, Migration, Qualitätssicherung, Schulung, produktiver Inbetriebnahme (Cutover, Go-Live) und Dokumentation - Begleitung des organisatorischen Wandels (Change Management) - Unterstützung einer Hypercare-Phase nach Go-Live
