Modernisierung der Hard- und Software der Verkehrsleitzentrale. Zweck, Nutzung Die Stadt Bielefeld beabsichtigt den vorhandenen Verkehrsrechner zu erweitern, um zukunftsweisende Funktionalitäten der Verkehrssteuerung und LED-Anzeigequerschnitte zur Informationsvermittlung nutzen zu können. Wesentliches Ziel dieser Maßnahme ist die Senkung von Emissionen und Immissionen. Dies soll einerseits durch eine Optimierung des Verkehrsablaufes sowie Auslastung des Straßen-netzes und die Vermeidung von (Park)Suchverkehr erreicht werden. Andererseits soll eine Verlagerung vom motorisierten Individualverkehr auf andere Verkehrsmittel (z.B. öffentlicher Personennahverkehr oder Fahrrad) erreicht werden. In diesem Zusammenhang ist auch die Errichtung einer neuen Zentrale, welche langfristig die vorhandene Zentrale des Parkleitsystems ersetzen soll, kurz und mittelfristig jedoch parallel zu dem Bestandssystem betrieben werden soll vorgesehen. Im vorliegenden Lastenheft wer-den die Anforderungen an die neu zu errichtende Zentrale sowohl im Hinblick auf die Hard-ware als auch Software beschrieben. ___ Art und Umfang Um die vorgenannten Ziele zu erreichen, ist die Ergänzung des bestehenden Parkleitsystems um frei programmierbare LED-Matrixanzeigen vorgesehen. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Lastenheftes ist die Beschreibung einer Zentrale zur Steuerung dieser LED-Matrixanzeigen sowie Beschilderung mit LED-Einsätzen als Ergänzung des bestehenden Parkleitsystems. Die durch die Zentrale anzusteuernden Tafeln werden über ein parallellaufendes Projekt erstellt. Die erforderlichen Datenübertragungskomponenten seitens der Anzeigequerschnitte sind wie auch die erforderlichen Einrichtungen zur Energieversorgung Bestandteil des parallel laufen-den Projektes. Im Rahmen des vorliegenden Lastenheftes werden die Anforderungen an folgende wesentli-che Leistungen beschreiben: - Lieferung , Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Hardware - Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Standardsoftware wie Betriebssysteme und Software zur Steuerung von Verkehrstelematik
