Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Produktion der täglich anfallenden Geschäftspost E+1/E+2 und diverser Mailings. Die Geschäftspost umfasst sowohl Individualbriefe als auch Batchbriefe. Der Druckdatenstrom wird über ein zentrales Output-Management-System gebündelt und über eine gesicherte Verbindung an den Druckdienstleister übertragen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Produktion der täglich anfallenden Geschäftspost E+1/E+2 und diverser Mailings. Die Geschäftspost umfasst sowohl Individualbriefe als auch Batchbriefe. Der Druckdatenstrom wird über ein zentrales Output-Management-System gebündelt und über eine gesicherte Verbindung an den Druckdienstleister (nachfolgend auch als DDL bezeichnet) übertragen. Das jährliche Produktionsvolumen beläuft sich auf ca. 11.800.000 Seiten DIN A4 und ca. 5.500.000 Briefsendungen. Beförderungsleistungen, insbesondere Briefpostdienstleistungen, sind nicht Bestandteil dieser Leistungsbeschreibung. Eine komprimierte Kurzfassung der Leistungsbeschreibung wird im Rahmen des Teilnahmewettbewerbs zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Veröffentlichung der Vollversion erfolgt im Rahmen der Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe.
