Description

Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung der Anlagengruppen 4 und 5 Die Bauaufgabe umfasst die Sanierung, die Modernisierung und den Umbau des überwiegend denkmalgeschützten Gebäudeensembles im Behördenzentrum Leipzig-Mitte (BHZ-Mitte) in der Dimitroffstraße, dem Peterssteinweg und der Straße des 17. Juni in Leipzig. Das BHZ-Mitte dient der Unterbringung wesentlicher Funktionseinheiten der Polizeidirektion Leipzig und des Polizeireviers Leipzig-Zentrum sowie Teile des Landgerichts Leipzig. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die Leistungen der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung - ELT Anlagengruppe 4 und Anlagengruppe 5 gem. § 53 ff i. V. m. Nr. 15.1 der Anlage 15 HOAI mit Planungsleistungen der Leistungsphasen 5 - 8, getrennt nach Bauabschnitten. Weiterführende Beschreibungen siehe Vergabeunterlagen - Projektbeschreibung
