siehe Beschreibung Los 1 Das Vorhaben umfasst den Neubau Ausbildungshalle mit Kfz-Stellflächen in der Größe von ca. 1.100 m² und eines Anbaus /Sozialbereich in der Größe von ca. 900 m². Die Bauunterlage Teil I-IV ist erstellt und die Grundlagenermittlung LPH 1 abgeschlossen. Vor Durchführung der Baumaßnahme ist der Abbruch einer vorhanden Fahrzeugabstellhalle erforderlich. Es ist eine Bauzeit von ca. 2 Jahren vorgesehen. Die Planungs- und Ingenieurleistungen Technische Ausrüstung (Anlagengruppe 4-5) gemäß §§ 55 HOAI für die LP 2 werden in einer ersten Stufe und optional die weiteren Leistungsphasen bis zur LPH 3-8 in weiteren Stufen vergeben. Für die Baumaßnahme sollen die Energiefestlegungen für klimaneutrale Neu-/Erweiterungsbauten des Bundes - „Vorbildfunktion Bundesgebäude für Energieeffizienz“ vom 26. August 2021 (82012-12/10-11) des BMVg zur Anwendung (EGB40) gelten.
