Planungsleistungen der energetischen Sanierung des Freizeitbades schwapp ab Leistungsphase 4 bis 9 gemäß HOAI,losweise, stufenweise und optionale Beauftragung. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind Planungsleistungen ab Leistungsphase 4 gemäß HOAI. Die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 wurden bereits erbracht und sind nicht Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens. Die der Ausschreibung zugrunde liegenden Planungsunterlagen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 wurden durch externe Planungsbüros erstellt. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise: Stufe 1: - Leistungsphase 4 - Genehmigungsplanung Stufe 2: - Leistungsphasen 5, 6 und 8 Optionale Leistungen: - Leistungsphase 7 - Leistungsphase 9 Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, die optionalen Leistungen ganz, teilweise oder nicht abzurufen.
