Description

Die IAG - Ihlenberger Abfallentsorgungsgesellschaft mbH sowie die GER Umweltschutz GmbH beabsichtigen, eine Projektgesellschaft - die BWI Bodenwaschanlage Ihlenberg GmbH zu gründen. Gegenstand der BWI sollen Planung, Errichtung und der Betrieb einer Bodenwaschanlage sein. Die IAG ist ein im Bereich der Entsorgungs- und Kreislaufwirtschaft tätiges Unternehmen. Gegenstand des Unternehmens sind das Betreiben von Abfallentsorgungsanlagen, die Rekultivierung und Nachsorge, die Entwicklung des Standortes Selmsdorf zu einem Zentrum für Umwelttechnik, Kreislaufwirtschaft und regenerative Energien sowie die Beteiligung des Unternehmens an Projekten und Maßnahmen, bei denen nachhaltige Ziele im Fokus stehen, sowie die Fortschreibung und Umsetzung des Standort-Nachnutzungskonzeptes. Die IAG ist Eigentümerin eines Grundstücks, auf welchem IAG und GER gemeinsam eine Bodenwaschanlage errichten und betreiben wollen. Planung, Bau und Betrieb der Bodenwaschanlage sollen durch die gemeinsame Gesellschaft BWI erfolgen. Zur Regelung der Zusammenarbeit schließen IAG und GER ferner eine Kooperationsvereinbarung ab.
