Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung gemäß Teil 4, Abschnitt 2 HOAI für die Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 und 8 gemäß § 53 HOAI (2) Es soll eine neue Kläranlage zur Nitrifikation, Denitrifikation und Phosphor-Elimination und eine Regenbehandlung hergestellt werden. Als grundlegendes Verfahren für die Abwasserreinigung wurde das BiocosVerfahren angenommen. Um genehmigungsrechtliche Aspekte hinsichtlich Lärm- und Geruchsimmissionen einhalten zu können, wird die komplette Anlage eingehaust.
