Description

Für die Sanierung eines denkmalgeschützen Hauses in Buttstädt wird als Los 3 die Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung HLS und ELT nach § 55 HOAI ausgeschrieben. Die Gemeinde Buttstädt beabsichtigt die Sanierung / den Umbau eines denkmalgeschützen Hauses zu Wohnzwecken (beabischtigt sind 3 Wohneinheiten) Für die Umsetzung des Gesamtvorhabens wurden Baukosten in Höhe von ca. 1,3 Mio. EUR incl. MwSt. ermittelt. Im Rahmen dieses VgV-Verfahrens beabsichtigt die Gemeinde Buttstädt die Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung HLS und ELT nach § 55 HOAI zu vergeben. Die Leistugnen werden stufenweise vergeben zunächst für die Leistungsphasen 1 - 4 (optional 5 - 9). Folgende Leistungen werden mit weiteren Verfahren ausgeschrieben: - Los 1 Objektplanungsleistungen Gebäude nach § 34 HOAI (LP 1 - 4, optional 5 - 9), - Los 2 Fachplanung Tragwerk nach § 51 HOAI (LP 1 - 4, optional 5 - 6) Der Auftraggeber behält sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung einzelner oder mehrerer Leistungsphasen bis zum Abschluss der Baumaßnahme vor. Grundlage der Beauftragung sind die KVM-Vertragsmuster. Nach Beauftragung ist umgehend mit der Bearbeitung zu beginnen. Ziel der Gemeinde Buttstädt ist der Abschluss der Maßnahme zum 21.12.2028. Ein detaillierter Projektzeitplan soll mit den Auftragnehmern abgestimmt werden.
