Description

Die Stadt Borgholzhausen beabsichtigt die Realisierung eines Teilneubaus des Feuerwehrgerätehauses am Standort Brinkstraße 2 unter Einbindung einer bestehenden Halle sowie den Rückbau der übrigen Bestandsgebäude. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Generalplanerleistungen für die Planung und Realisierung des Vorhabens. Der Generalplaner übernimmt die Gesamtkoordination sämtlicher Planungsleistungen einschließlich der notwendigen Fachplanungen auf Grundlage der Machbarkeitsstudie aus dem Jahr 2026. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: • Objektplanung Gebäude • Freianlagenplanung • Tragwerksplanung • Planung der Technischen Ausrüstung • Behörden- und Genehmigungsmanagement • Kosten- und Terminmanagement • Koordination sämtlicher Fachplaner Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Die Leistungsstufe 1 umfasst die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 4 nach HOAI einschließlich der Erstellung eines genehmigungsfähigen Bauantrags. Die Leistungsstufe 2 umfasst optional die Leistungsphasen 5 bis 9 sowie die Objektüberwachung und Projektbegleitung bis zum Abschluss der Maßnahme. Kein Anspruch auf Weiterbeauftragung.
