Trassierungsplanung für die Sanierung des Fernwärme-Sekundärnetzes "Lebit-Netz" Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die vollumfängliche Planung der gesamten Rohrtechnik und Trasse einschließlich der Rohrstatik bis zu den Übergabestationen der Mehrfamilienhäuser und öffentlichen Gebäude sowie bis zu den Grundstücksgrenzen der Einfamilienhäuser. Hierzu gehört auch die Planung sämtlicher Streckenabsperrungen, Armaturen, Lüftungs- und Entleerungsleitungen, Schachtbauwerke, Gebäudeeinführungen sowie der für die Herstellung erforderlichen Baugruben, jeweils unter Berücksichtigung verkehrsplanerischer Vorgaben und des laufenden Betriebs des bestehenden Inselnetzes. Das Planungsergebnis muss so aussagekräftig sein, dass Machbarkeit und Eindeutigkeit in der Bauphase, insbesondere für die ausführenden Gewerke Tief-, Straßen- und Rohrbau, gewährleistet sind.
