Leistungsgegenstand der Maßnahme "BaE - kooperatives Modell" ist die Durchführung von Berufsausbildungen in außerbetrieblichen Einrichtungen (BaE) nach § 16 Zweites Buch Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB II) i. V. m. § 76 Drittes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB III) und §§ 4 ff. Berufsbildungsgesetz (BBiG) / §§ 25 ff. Gesetz zur Ordnung des Handwerks (Handwerksordnung) - allgemeine Berufsausbildung einschließlich Stufenausbildung. Die Leistung zielt darauf ab, Auszubildende, die aufgrund einer Lernbeeinträchtigung oder sozialer Benachteiligung besonderer Hilfen bedürfen, durch Berufsausbildung in einer außerbetrieblichen Einrichtung die Aufnahme, Forsetzung sowie den erfolgreichen Abschluss einer Ausbildung zu ermöglichen. Dabei hat der Auftragnehmer alle Möglichkeiten wahrzunehmen und auszuschöpfen, die den Übergang des Auszubildenden in eine betriebliche Ausbildung fördern. Maßnahme "BaE kooperativ" Berufsausbildung in einer außerbetrieblichen Einrichtung, kooperatives Modell Standort Burgenlandkreis nach § 16 Zweites Buch Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB II) i. V. m. § 76 Drittes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch (SGB III)
