UHT-Erweiterung der Black Line-Pilotanlage Das strategische Konzept zur Etablierung des Forschungsfeldes „Carbonfaser- und Verarbeitungstechnologien“ in Sachsen und speziell in der Lausitz zielt auf die Schlüsseltechnologie „Leichtbau“ als Innovationstreiber. Die damit verbundene Carbonfaser-Pilotlinienforschung ergänzt etablierte Forschungsschwerpunkte der TU Chemnitz komplementär, ordnet sich einzigartig in die Leichtbaustrategie des Bundes und der Länder ein und stellt einen Nukleus für neue Leichtbauwerkstoffe dar. Die aktuelle Marktsituation und insbesondere neue Forschungsaspekte zu Hochleistungsfasern aus Carbon bedingen eine Erweiterung der Black Line Pilotanlage um einen zusätzlichen höheren Temperaturbereich sowie noch reinere Inertgase um Hochleistungsfasern zu erzeugen. Daraus ergebenden sich wesentlich neue Anwendungsfelder für Luft- und Raumfahrtforschung für die Professur SLK. Diese neuen Funktionen im Labormaßstab erfordern eine Erweiterung der bereits im Herstellprozess befindlichen Anlage.
