Die BWI GmbH (im Folgenden "BWI" genannt) erwägt, einen Rahmenvertrag über die zeitlich begrenzte Überlassung von 548 Anchor-Lizenzen, 2.700 Beacon-Lizenzen für Live-Tracker, 7 Lizenzen für Funknetze inkl. Support und Hosting von Server & Software (Subscription) für die Schnittstelle der Firma Cavea GmbH zur Software Formation Asset Tracking des Herstellers FORMATION GmbH sowie 150 neue Anchor, 1.200 neue Beacons, 2 Router und 2 Tage (Dienstleistung) zur Einrichtung der neuen Funknetze in Höhe von bis zu 277.287,07 EUR (netto) mit einer maximalen Obergrenze von 415.930,60 EUR (netto) im Wege eines Verhand-lungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 12 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 lit. c VSVgV zu beschaffen. Die Lizenzen für Beacons, Anchor und Funknetze, das Hosting von Server & Software für die Datenschnittstelle zur Software Formation Asset Tracking werden für einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren und drei Monaten beschafft, die Hardware wird einmalig zum Vertragsbeginn beschafft.
