Gegenstand der Vergabe ist die Lieferung einer flexiblen Schlachtstätte in Modulbauweise zur Förderung der regionalen sowie teilmobilen Schlachtung, welche gemäß den Anforderungen der Verordnungen (EG) Nr. 852/2004 und 853/2004 i.V.m. der AVV LMH sowie der aktuellen Beschlüsse der AFFL (Arbeitsgruppe Fleisch- und Geflügelfleischhygiene und fachspezifische Fragen von Lebensmitteln tierischer Herkunft) und der Anforderungen der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1099/2009 dazu geeignet ist, eine Zulassung zur Schlachtung und Zerlegung von Rindern und Schweinen zu erhalten. siehe Leistungsbeschreibung inkl. Anlagen: - Lieferung einer Schlachtstätte in Modulbauweise - Erstellung eines Angebots zu einem Wartungsvertrag - Erstellung/Einreichung eines vermaßten Plans zur Schlachtstätte - Möglichkeit der Besichtigung vor Ort (nur nach Terminvergabe über das Vergabeportal)
