Description

Die Stadt Krefeld plant eine umfassende Sanierung ihres Theaters. Während der Sanierung soll der Spielbetrieb in eine Zeltanlage als Interimsspielstätte ausgelagert werden. Gegenstand des zu vergebenden Auftrags ist die Errichtung inkl. Planung und Bauantrag sowie mietweise Überlassung eines Theaterzeltes nebst erforderlichen Funktions- und Nebenbereichen für ca. 400 Zuschaer über einen Zeitraum von mind. 43 und bis zu 91 Monaten. Der Aufstellort der Interimsspielstätte befindet sich im Bereich des Badezentrums in Krefeld. Die Mietdauer der Theaterzeltanlage beträgt mindestens 43 Monate ab Übergabe zum 01.06.2027. Aufgrund der derzeit noch nicht abschließend absehbaren Dauer der Hauptsanierung ist eine Verlängerungsoption des Mietverhältnisses auf insgesamt ca. acht Jahre vorgesehen. Das Theaterzelt ist als klassisches Viermastzelt mit mindestens 40m Rondellwanddurchmesser, 4m Traufhöhe und 16m Masthöhe inkl. vollständigem dazugehörigen Stahlbau (Masten, Rondellstangen, Anker, Greifzüge, Seile etc.) geplant. Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der im elektronischen Projektraum bereitgestellten funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibung.
