Rahmenvereinbarung über den Bezug von Büromöbeln Die Gesundheit Nordhessen Holding AG beabsichtigt, eine Rahmenvereinbarung für den Bezug von Büromöbeln über einen Zeitraum von maximal vier Jahren (inkl. Optionen) zu vergeben. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt im Rahmen eines Offenen Verfahrens. In diesem Verfahren werden Unternehmen dazu aufgefordert, ein Angebot nach Maßgabe dieser Vergabeunterlagen einzureichen. Die eingereichten Angebote werden geprüft und gewertet. Im Rahmen der Wertung zur Ermittlung der wirtschaftlichsten Angebote wird eine Rangfolge gebildet. Mit dem Unternehmen auf dem ersten Platz, das folglich das wirtschaftlichste Angebote aufweist, wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung getroffen. Die Bedingungen für den konkreten Bedarf bzw. den Einzelabruf werden in der Rahmenvereinbarung (s. Vergabeunterlagen) festgelegt. Eine Bezuschlagung begründet weder unmittelbare Leistungs- noch Abnahmeverpflichtungen. Eine unmittelbare Leistungspflicht wird durch einen Einzelabruf begründet.
