Description

Auf dem Schulcampus Tuttlingen werden an den Gebäuden der beiden städtischen Gymnasien Immanuel-Kant-Gymnasium (IKG) und Otto-Hahn-Gymnasium (OHG) bautechnische Sanierungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt. Beide Gymnasien werden jeweils als 4-zügige gymnasiale Standorte saniert, umgestaltet und erweitert, sodass das ursprünglich 3-zügige OHG um einen Erweiterungsbau mit Fachklassen ergänzt wird, um den zusätzlichen Bedarf zu decken. Ausgeschrieben wird die Ausstattung der Flurzonen des Immanuel-Kant-Gymnasiums mit neuem Mobiliar, das die Brandschutzvorschriften erfüllt. Ziel der Modernisierungsmaßnahmen am Gebäude des Immanuel-Kant-Gymnasiums ist die Weiterentwicklung der Raumkonzeption nach heutigen Erfordernissen und eine Modernisierung des Gebäudes entsprechend den aktuellen Anforderungen und Möglichkeiten im Bestand. Das Bauvorhaben wird in mehreren Bauabschnitten umgesetzt. Die Flurzonen im IKG Ostflügel und IKG Turm unterliegen strengen Brandschutzvorgaben. Sie sollen mit neuem, nicht brennbarem Mobiliar unter Einhaltung der Fluchtwegebreiten ausgestattet werden. Die Ausstattung der Flurzonen erstreckt sich über 6 Bereiche - EG Flur Ostflügel, 1.OG Flur Ostflügel, 1. OG Turm, 2. OG Turm, 3. OG Turm, 4. OG Turm.
