Description

Der Landkreis Wolfenbüttel, Referat 40 Schule und Sport, plant die Ausstattung des Neubaus der Oberschule Sickte. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt in drei Losen. Angebote können für ein, zwei oder alle Lose abgegeben werden. Die Angebotsabgabe ist ausschließlich digital zugelassen. Sofern der Bietende in der Wertungsreihenfolge nicht Rangerster ist, behält sich der Auftraggeber gem. § 56 Abs. 2 VgV vor, fehlende, unvollständige oder fehlerhafte Unterlagen nicht nachzufordern. Bewerber haben sich unverzüglich über die Richtigkeit der Vergabeunterlagen zu vergewissern. Um einen ordnungsgemäßen Verlauf der Ausschreibung zu gewährleisten, wird die Frist für das letzte Stellen von Bieterfragen auf den 17.07.2026 festgesetzt.
