Die Räume des Jugendfreizeitzentrums sind im Erd- und Obergeschoss unterbracht. Das Gebäude befindet sich unmittelbar neben den Gleisanlagen .Es hat 2 Zugänge vom Bahnhofsvorplatz aus. Die Ausstattung wird in 4 Losen ausgeschrieben. Los 5 - Kinder- und Jugendmöbel Dieses Leistungsverzeichnis beinhaltet kindgerechte Möbel für die unterschiedlichen Räume zB. höhenverstellbare Tische und Hocker, Aufbewahrungsregale, Bastelwagen, Bautisch mit Materialboxen, Laungemöbel, Spiegel, Bastelmaterial Los 6 - Spielegeräte Tischkicker, Airhokeytisch, Dart, Billardtisch Los 7 - Geschirr Geschirr für 60 Personen wie Tassen,Teller,Suppenschalen,Besteck,Gläser, Los 8 - Raumschallschutz Raumschall-Deckenabsorber in 4 Räumen insgesamt 270 m²
