IPF 26003 kompaktes konfokales Spinning-Disk-Mikroskop-System am IPF Das Leibniz-Institut für Polymerforschung Dresden e. V. (IPF) beabsichtigt die Beschaffung einesvollautomatisierten konfokalen Spinning-Disk-Mikroskopsystems zur hochaufgelösten, schnellen und lichtschonenden 3D/4D-Bildgebung lebender Zellen und Gewebeproben (Time-Lapse, Mehrkanal-Fluoreszenz, Z-Stacks, Multi-Position, Mosaik/Tile-Imaging). Das System soll für den Routinebetrieb in einem Standard-Tageslichtlabor geeignet sein, ohne zwingende Notwendigkeit eines optischen Tisches und ohne separate Laserschutzmaßnahmen (z. B. Laserschutzkabine), sofern die geforderte Lasersicherheit konstruktiv gewährleistet wird. Mit dieser Leistungsbeschreibung werden die Merkmale des Auftragsgegenstandes beschrieben.
