VE17 Stahlbauarbeiten Baubeschreibung für VE17_Stahlbauarbeiten Allgemeine Beschreibung Die Samtgemeinde Ostheide erstellt an der Grundschule Barendorf einen Schulneubau in Holzbauweise anstelle eines Bestandsgebäude. Des Weiteren werden in anderen Gebäudeteilen umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen vorgenommen. Der Neubau erhält nur Klassenräume. Für den Neubau wird ein älterer Gebäudeteil abgerissen und das Gelände freigemacht. Der Neubau hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 672 m2 Das neue Gebäude, Bauteil D, ist zweigeschossig und wird an das Bestandsgebäude angeschlossen. Die Gesamtabmessungen Neubau betragen 48 m Länge, 14 m Breite. Ausführung in Holzbauweise. Tragende Wände und Decken sind aus Holz, Teilbereiche aufgrund Brandschutzes in Massivbauweise. Gründach mit PV. Kein Keller. Es wird ein zusätzlicher Rettungsweg aus dem 1.OG in Stahlbauweise erstellt. Inhalt des LV: - drei Gebäudeteile - BT B , Bestandsgebäude, Podest mit 2 Stufen und Geländer, Unterkonstruktion für Bühnenvorhang - BT C, Bestandsgebäude, Konstruktion Fluchtbalkon mit Gitterroste OG, ca. 110 m², Podest mit Treppen mit Gitterroste EG 3 Stk. je ca. 15 m², Geländer EG+OG ca. 60m, Treppe Fluchtbalkon mit Zwischenpodest und Geländer/Handlauf 1Stk. - BT D, Neubau, Konstruktion Fluchtbalkon mit Gitterroste OG, ca. 150 m², Geländer OG ca. 50m, Treppe Fluchtbalkon mit Zwischenpodest und Geländer/Handlauf 1Stk.
