Ostwache, Neubau einer Rettungswache; Vorgehängte Fassade Die Stadt Kiel beabsichtigt einen Neubau für die Rettungswache Ost mit einem Büroteil für den vorbeugenden Brandschutz. Die Gebäudeabmessungen betragen ca. 49,50 / 20,5 m. Eine Unterkellerung des Gebäudes ist nicht vorgesehen. Die Bruttogrundfläche beträgt ca. 936 m2. Die Traufhöhe liegt bei 9,83m. Die Gründung er-folgt auf baugrundverbessernde Schottersäulen mit einer Lastverteilungsschicht. Das Gebäude ist in Massiv-Bauweise vorgesehen. Das Dach erhält eine Stahlbaukonstruktion mit Trapezblech, teilweise auch in Stahlbeton. Die Fassaden sind aus Klinkermauerwerk und vorgehängten Metallpaneelen vorgesehen. Hauptmassen: 450 m² Wärmedämmung aus 180 mm dicken nicht brennbaren Mineralwolle-Dämmplatten, Einbau an Wänden. 60 m² Wärmedämmung aus 180 mm dicken nicht brennbaren Mineralwolle-Dämmplatten Einbau auf den schräg geneigten Dachflächen, im Obergeschoss. 120 m Wärmedämmung aus 50 mm dicken nicht brennbaren Mineralwolle-Dämmplatten Einbau in schmalen Leibungen und Türstürzen, Breite 250 mm. 50 m Wärmedämmung aus 120 mm dicken nicht brennbaren Mineralwolle-Dämmplatten Einbau auf der Attika, Breite 600 mm. 450 m² Aluminium - Unterkonstruktion für Aluminium - Verbundplatten - Paneele Einbau an Wänden. 60 m² Aluminium - Unterkonstruktion für Aluminium - Verbundplatten- Paneele Einbau auf den Dachflächen im Obergeschoss. 450 m² Fassadenplatten Aluminium - Verbundplatten -- Paneele als Wandplatten 60 m² Fassadenplatten Aluminium - Verbundplatten -- Paneele als Dachplatten 20 m Aluminium - Verbundplatten Paneele als Fensterbank 50 m Aluminium - Verbundplatten Paneele als Attikaabdeckung 200 m 80 mm breite Lüftungsprofile im Sockel und Attikabereich
