SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Die Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg, vertreten durch Schulbau Hamburg I SBH beabsichtigt, am Standort Oberschleems 9, in 22117 Hamburg Billstedt, einen Neubau für eine 5-zügige Grundschule samt einer Gymnastik-und einer Turnhalle zu errichten. Ein Kompetenzzentrum Zuwanderung und die Zweigstelle der VHS vervollständigen das Lernangebot auf dem Schulgelände. Das Baufeld liegt in einem Wohngebiet, bei der angrenzenden Bebauung handelt es sich um zwei- bis dreigeschossige Wohngebäude mit vereinzelt gewerblicher Nutzung im Erdgeschoss.
