Description

Neubau der Hilgenbergschule (Grundschule) - Schlosserarbeiten im Außen- und Innenbereich. Die Stadt Stadtlohn beabsichtigt auf dem Grundstück Hindenburgallee 10 den Neubau einer Grundschule. Vorgesehen ist eine dreizügige Grundschule für ca. 324 Schulkinder und ca. 40 Mitarbeiter/innen als schulisches Personal. Des Weiteren ist eine Mensa mit einer Aufwärmküche für die mittägliche Versorgung der Schulkinder vorgesehen. Das Gebäude ist zweigeschossig und nicht unterkellert. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich übergeordnete schulische Räume, eine Mensa mit Küche, die Verwaltung und Technikzentrale. Im Obergeschoss werden in 4 "Clustern" jeweils Klassenräume um einen "offenen Lernbereich" gruppiert angeordnet. In das Obergeschoss des Baukörpers sind große Terrassen eingeschnitten, die als Freiklassen genutzt werden können. Die tragenden Konstruktionen werden als Massivbau, in Stahlbeton und Mauerwerk erstellt. Die Decken sind aus Stahlbeton als massive Stahlbetondecken mit Unterzügen geplant.
