Description

Beschreibung: Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um ein neu zu errichtendes Schulgebäude, das als bauliche Anlage besonderer Art oder Nutzung (Sonderbau) einzuordnen ist. Das Gebäude ist baurechtlich in die Gebäudeklasse 5 einzustufen. Das Gebäude ist als hybride Holzkonstruktion geplant, nur die Bauteile, die der horizontalen Aussteifung dienen, sind in Stahlbeton geplant. Das Holztragwerk ist als Skelettbau und die Geschossdecken sind als Holzrippenkonstruktion geplant und bestehen aus Hauptunterzügen, die in Ost-West-Richtung verlaufen sowie aus einer Brettsperrholzdecke. Angrenzend an das Baugrundstück besteht bereits eine Schule, bestehend aus Hauptgebäude, Pavillons, Mensa / Ottoneum und Sporthalle. Das in die Jahre gekommene Ensemble wird aufgegeben und durch den Neubau auf dem östlich an die Schule angrenzenden Baugrundstück ersetzt. Die bestehende Sporthalle, die Mensa und das sogenannte Ottoneum (Musikpavillon) werden saniert und in das Gesamtkonzept integriert. Oberlichtband Sheddach ca. 7,0 x 2,6 m 2 St, Oberlichtband Sheddach ca. 14,5 x 2,5 m 6 St, Blechverkleidung Sheddach ca. 60 cm Abwicklung ca. 254 m, 6-teiliges Türelement ohne Brandschutzanforderungen 1 St, 1-teililges Türelement ohne Brandschutzanforderungen 4 St, 10-teiliges Türelement mit Brandschutzanforderungen 1 St, 6-teiliges Türelement mit Brandschutzanforderungen 10 St, 4-teiliges Türelement mit Brandschutzanforderungen 3 St, 3-teiliges Türelement mit Brandschutzanforderungen 5 St, 2-teiliges Türelement mit Brandschutzanforderungen 3 St, 1-teiliges Türelement mit Brandschutzanforderungen 1 St, Fassadenbuchstaben (gesamt ca. 9,5 x 4,1 m) 1 St
