Der AG beabsichtigt, die ehemalige EDEKA-Kaufhalle am Niedersachsenplatz 1 in Halle-Saale zu einem Begegnungs- und Bewegungszentrum umzubauen. Für dieses Projekt wird die Ausführung der Stahltreppen ausgeschrieben. Baustelleneinrichtung, Arbeits- und Schutzgerüst, Werkplanung; Dokumentation; Ausführung im Gebäudeinneren (Gitterroststufen feuerverzinkt, Stahlteile grundiert): 1 Stck. dreiläufige Stahltreppe mit Gitterroststufen (ges. 24 Stg.) inkl. Treppengeländer (für Techniker-Wartungen) und Gitterrostpodesten; 1 Stck. Stahltreppe wie vor, jedoch einläufig mit 5 Stg.; Ausführung außerhalb Gebäude (feuerverzinkte Ausführung): 2 Stck. Stahlträger HEA 140, l=2,20 m; 3 Stck. Stahlträger HEA 140, l=1,69 m; 1. Stck. Schweißpressrost/Gitterrost ca. 2,60 x 2,00 m; 1 Stck. einläufige Stahltreppe mit Gitterroststufen (13 Stg.) inkl. Treppengeländer (für Techniker-Wartungen); 1 Stck. einläufige Stahltreppe mit Gitterroststufen (6 Stg.) inkl. Stahlgeländer mit senkrechten Füllstäben; ca. 5,50 m Stahlgeländer mit senkrechten Füllstäben, ca. 5,35 m Edelstahlhandlaud, Rundrohr, d=45 mm; 1 Stck. abschließbare Stahltür mit senkrechten Füllstäben (analog Geländer), Rohbauöffnung b/h ca. 100/90 cm
