Metallbauarbeiten: -Stahltragwerk als Unterkonstruktion Lüftungsanlage auf dem Flachdach, ca. 870 kg -Stahl-Harfengeländer mit Handlauf Treppenhaus EG-2. OG, ca. 28 qm -umlaufende Flucht- und Wartungssteg im 1. und 2. OG Stahlkonstruktion aus Stützen,Trägern, Gitterroste und Rankgewebe als Absturzsicherung Stahltragwerk ca. 28.980 kg Stahl-Gitterroste ca. 1,37 x 1,00 m, ca. 135 Stck. -einläufige Fluchttreppe EG - Dach mit Handlauf, Türen und seitl. Rankgewebe Stahlkonstruktion ca. 2.670 kg -Profilstahlkonstruktion Rankgewebe, ca. 1.110 kg -Rankgitter, ca. 1.112 qm Projekt: Erweiterungsneubau der Zeppelin- Realschule Singen gegenüber dem bestehenden Schulgebäude Die Maßnahme wird gefördert aus dem "Kommunalen Sanierungsfond für die Sanierung von Schulgebäude" und aus dem "Startchancenprogramm" des Landes. Erweiterungsbau: dreigeschossiges, nichtunterkellertes Holzbaugebäude mit Massivkern. Umlaufende Flucht- und Wartungsbalkone aus Gitterrosten mit vorgehängten Netzgeweben, die partiell begünt werden. In dem Erweiterungsgebäude untergebracht werden - Mensa (Speisesaal, Ausgabe- und Spülküche) - Unterrichtsräume Technik mit dazugehörendem Maschinenraum - MINT-Räume (Biologie, Chemie und Physik) - 4 Klassenräume - Flure und erforderliche Neben- und Technikräume - Lüftungsanlage Flachdach als sogenanntes Retentionsdach und aufgeständerten PV-Anlage, Medienerschließung über das bestehende Schulgebäude.
