Description

Die KRH Servicegesellschaft plant ab 2026 die Einführung einer Softwarelösung eines Anbieters, die sowohl die Warenwirtschaft der Zentralküche und der Bistros als auch die Menüerfassung in den Kliniken unterstützt. Patientinnen und Patienten sollen künftig die Möglichkeit haben, Essensbestellungen selbst auszulösen, beispielsweise durch die Auswahl von Speisen bereits vor dem Klinikaufenthalt sowie durch die Bestellung von Zusatzprodukten während des Aufenthalts (z. B. Upgrades oder Heißgetränke auf das Zimmer). Zudem sollen die Kassensysteme der Bistros in die Lösung integriert werden und verschiedene digitale Zahlungsmöglichkeiten unterstützen. Ergänzend ist eine mobile Patientenanwendung vorgesehen, die unter anderem Wahlleistungsangebote, Feedback-Funktionen sowie standardisierte Schnittstellen (z. B. FHIR/HL7) unterstützt.
