Beschaffung, Lieferung, Installation und Konfiguration eines Wartezonenmanagementsystems Das Klinikum Heidenheim befindet sich derzeit in einer umfassenden baulichen und organisatorischen Modernisierungsphase. Im Rahmen der Erweiterung des medizinischen Versorgungsangebots werden auf dem Klinikgelände mehrere Neubauten realisiert. Zur funktionalen Ergänzung dieser baulichen Maß- nahmen ist die Einführung eines integrierten Wartezonenmanagementsystems (WZM) vorgesehen. Ziel ist die digitale Steuerung, Überwachung und Optimierung von Patientenströmen innerhalb definierter Wartezonen. Das zu beschaffende WZM stellt ein Gesamtsystem dar, dass aus mehreren Hard- und Softwarekomponenten und einem mobilen Ticket besteht und durch den Auftragnehmer vollständig zu liefern, zu konfigurieren, zu integrieren, zu montieren sowie in Betrieb zu nehmen ist. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere folgende Systemkomponenten und Leistungen: • Bereitstellung einer zentralen Softwarelö- sung zur Verwaltung, Steuerung und Überwachung mehrerer Wartezonen. • Integration eines mobilen Tickets zur digitalen Anzeige der Wartenummer. • Anbindung der Softwarelösung an das bestehende patientenführende Krankenhausinformationssystem (KIS) über eine HL7 SIU Schnittstelle. • Integration in eine bestehende Indoornavigationslösung. • Bereitstellung von Check-in-Terminals, digitalen Türschildern, Bondruckern und WZMPlayer/Mini-PCs. • Lieferung, Montage und Systemintegration aller Hardwarekomponenten.
