Die Medizinische Universität Lausitz - Carl Thiem ist eine junge Universitätsmedizin und der größte Arbeitgeber in Cottbus mit rund 1.200 Betten und knapp 3.000 Mitarbeitenden aus mehr als 40 Ländern. Als bedeutendes Leitkrankenhaus und Universität gestaltet es die Zukunft der Gesundheitsversorgung in der Modellregion Gesundheit Lausitz. Die MUL - CT bietet eine umfassende Maximalversorgung mit 22 Kliniken und 4 Instituten für jährlich über 150.000 Patienten sowie ein inspirierendes Umfeld für Forschung und Lehre. Die MUL - CT vereint dabei Forschung, Lehre und Krankenversorgung in einem innovativen Rahmen und bietet vielfältige Karrierechancen, erstklassige Weiterbildungsprogramme und eine hochmoderne Arbeitsumgebung im Herzen von Cottbus. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung, Installation, Integration und der Betrieb einer umfassenden telemedizinischen Kommunikations- und Collaboration-Lösung, bestehend aus Hard- und Software für Videokonferenzen und telemedizinische Anwendungen, deren Integration in klinische Workflows sowie einem Managed-Service-Vertrag. Die Lösung muss telemedizinische Anwendungsfälle wie Tumorkonferenzen, Telekonsile, Patientensprechstunden und digitale Operationen unterstützen. An der Beschaffung sind mehrere öffentliche Auftraggeber mit unterschiedlichen IT-Systemlandschaften und institutionellen Anforderungen im Wege einer gemeinsamen Rahmenvereinbarung beteiligt.
