Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind die Fertigungs-, Montage-, Inbetriebnahme- und Wartungsleistungen für eine an die spezifischen Belange und Rahmenbedingungen des Hegau-Bodensee-Klinikum Singen angepasste biplane Angiographieanlage. Vom Auftragnehmer sind insbesondere folgende Leistungen zu erbringen: Erstellung, Lieferung, Einbringung, Installation inkl. erforderlicher technischer und rechtlicher Prüfungen und Abnahmen einer biplanen Angiographieanlage. - Lieferung und Anschluss der notwendigen Gerätekomponenten - Wartungsleistungen für Anlagenkomponenten für einen Zeitraum von 10 Jahren. Benötigt wird eine biplane Angiographieanlage für die routinemäßige Diagnostik und Intervention des gesamten neuroradiologischen und radiologischen Spektrums gemäß den technischen Anforderungen und Kriterien des Leistungsverzeichnisses. Es soll eine zusätzliche Anlage beschafft werden. Der bestehende Grundriss der Abteilung wird so geändert, dass Angiographielabor, Schaltraum und Technikfläche entstehen. Die Umgestaltung dieses Bereiches erfolgt durch das Haus. Die Bieter haben zu prüfen, ob ihr angebotenes System (inklusive allen Systemkomponenten) in die geplanten Räumlichkeiten passt und eine uneingeschränkte Nutzung möglich ist. Hierzu sind Ortsbesichtigungen vorgesehen (siehe Ziff. 17 des Anschreibens). Etwaige Anpassungen oder Neubauten des Bodenrahmens, der Schwerlastdecke und der Elektrounterverteilung sind hingegen als Optionen mit anzubieten. Die Konfigurationen und Anforderungen ergeben sich aus dem Formblatt 20 (Angebot GLKN_Biplan). Der Auftragnehmer muss die erfolgreiche Bereitstellung, Einführung sowie den Betrieb der Anlage im Rahmen des vorgegebenen Zeitplans und des verbindlichen Angebotspreises gewährleisten und übernimmt die Planung, Steuerung und Koordinierung des Projektes innerhalb seines Verantwortungsbereiches. Die Inbetriebnahme soll, in Abhängigkeit des Baufortschrittes, voraussichtlich in Q1/2027 erfolgen. Für nähere Informationen wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen.
