Description

Die Beschaffenheit der Produkte und Dienstleistungen kann der Produktbeschreibung des Hilfsmittelverzeichnis gem. § 139 SGB V entnommen werden. Die AOK Niedersachsen ist bereit, mit jedem interessierten und nach § 126 Abs. 1 Satz 2 SGB V präqualifiziertem Leistungserbringer, Vertragsverhandlungen zu führen. Der Vertrag beinhaltet keinen Anspruch auf die Durchführung einer bestimmten Anzahl von Versorgungen der gesetzlich Versicherten bzw. keine bestimmte Abgabemenge. Die relevanten Produkte sind in folgenden Produktgruppen (PG) des Hilfsmittelverzeichnisses nach § 139 SGB V enthalten: Produktart: 30.43.01.0 CGM-Systeme.
