Description

Lieferung eines Orbitrap Astral Zoom Massenspektrometer gekoppelt mit Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) System inklusive Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme. Lieferung eines vielseitiges UHPLC-gekoppeltes Massenspektrometriesystem mit hoher Geschwindigkeit, hervorragender Sensitivität und hoher Massengenauigkeit und -auflösung sowohl im MS1 als auch MS2-Modus. Das System muss in der Lage sein die Masse und das Masse-zu-Ladung-Verhältnis von Atomen und Molekülen in einer Probe zu bestimmen, wodurch die Zusammensetzung und Struktur chemischer Substanzen analysieren zu können. Es wird eine Auflösung von mindestens 240.000 im MS1 und mindestens 80.000 im M2 Modus bei einer Datenauszeichnungsrate von mindestens 250 Spektren pro Sekunde benötigt. Das MS-System muss mit einer Probenmenge von 10 ng - 3 µg pro Injektion arbeiten können. Das System muss in der Lage sein, 1500 bar Drücke zu erlauben und die kleinste Probenmengen aus limitierten Probenmengen (2.5 µL aus 3 µL) zu picken.
